Limits and controls

These are the controls in place right now. Per-user spending caps, allowlists and expiries are not among them yet.

Reply rate limit

Each X account can trigger a limited number of Seily replies per window: five per hour by default. Past that, further mentions are recorded but ignored until the window rolls over.

Pre-flight balance check

Before any transaction is built, Seily checks the wallet covers both the amount being moved and the network fee. If it does not, nothing is submitted and Seily replies saying so.

Slippage

  • Pool trades default to 1 percent slippage tolerance, rejected outright above 5 percent.
  • Bonding-curve trades are submitted without a minimum-output guard.

Kill switch

All money-moving actions sit behind a single server-side switch. While it is off, Seily silently ignores every send, swap, buy, sell and launch: nothing executes and nothing is replied to.

Important

Onchain transactions are final. Nothing here can reverse a transfer to the wrong address or a trade you did not mean to make.
